Pricing and payments
How does paying per response work?
Top up your workspace wallet (from ₦100). A 25% platform fee, plus 7.5% VAT on that fee, is taken at top-up, and the amount credited is shown before you pay. When you publish a survey you set a reward per response and the number of responses; publishing holds responses × reward for that survey. There is no other fee.
What happens to budget my survey doesn’t use?
It comes back. When a survey closes, expires or is stopped early, or when you lower its response cap, whatever it didn’t pay out returns to your workspace wallet.
Is there a subscription or a fee to publish?
No. There are no monthly plans and no activation fee. Researchers pay for responses; respondents pay only a flat ₦50 when they cash out.
How is the minimum reward worked out?
From how long your survey takes and how hard your audience is to reach. Each group you narrow to (a city, an age band, an industry) raises it; choosing several values within one group widens the audience again. The calculator uses the same pricing as the survey builder.

Yes. It is a switch you turn on yourself, shown next to the price. The audience is smaller, so the recommended reward is higher. The price never turns it on for you.
What does it cost respondents to cash out?
A flat ₦50 per cash-out, and the minimum is ₦1,000, so cashing out ₦1,000 sends ₦950 to your bank. If the transfer fails, the full amount, fee included, goes back to your wallet.
How do I pay?
Top-ups are paid by card or bank transfer through our payment partner, Fincra. You enter whole naira amounts.
For researchers
How do I create a survey?
Sign up with your email, create or join a workspace, then build your survey: questions, who should answer, the reward per response and how many responses you need. Top up your workspace wallet and publish.
Can I change a survey after publishing it?
You can raise or lower the number of responses: raising it holds more budget, lowering it returns the difference. A new reward applies to people who start after the change. Drafts can be edited freely.
Who will answer my survey?
Respondents whose profile matches the audience you choose: age band, gender, location, education, employment, income, industry, seniority, company size, school and interests. You can also split the audience into groups with quotas.
How do you keep responses honest?
Each response is quality-checked and you see the verdict. If you think a response is poor, you can dispute it within 72 hours, and our team decides. You can also limit a survey to ID-verified respondents.
Can several people in my team work on surveys?
Yes. Invite teammates to your workspace as members or admins. Members build their own surveys and see all results; admins also manage billing and the team.
For respondents
How do I earn?
Open FillaSurvey on Telegram, complete your profile, and answer the surveys you qualify for. Each survey shows its reward before you start, and the reward is credited to your wallet when you finish.
How do I cash out?
Verify your ID, add a bank account in your name, and request a cash-out from ₦1,000. A flat ₦50 fee applies to each request.
Why don’t I see many surveys?
Surveys are matched to your profile, so you only see those you qualify for. A complete profile and a verified ID open up more of them.
What if I stop halfway through a survey?
Your place is held for a while after you start, so you can finish even if the survey fills up meanwhile. Rewards are paid for completed surveys only.
Can I answer the same survey twice?
No. Each survey can be answered once per person, and one person may have only one account. Duplicate accounts are suspended.
How do referrals work?
You earn ₦100 for every 10 paid surveys the person you invite completes, up to 30 milestones (their first 300 paid surveys): ₦3,000 at most per person. You earn ₦1,000 when a researcher you invite makes a first top-up of ₦10,000 or more, once per researcher.

Why verify my ID?
It keeps one person to one account, which protects researchers from fake responses and respondents from fraud. Verified respondents can take higher-paying surveys and cash out.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Cash out your balance first; deletion is not possible while money is in your wallet. Deleting wipes your personal details, while anonymous survey answers and payment records are kept, as the law requires.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Respondents can export their data from their profile in the Mini App. See the privacy policy for everything we hold and why.

What is FillaSurvey?
A survey platform with two sides: researchers pay to reach the right respondents, and respondents are paid for their answers.
Who can use it?
Anyone 18 or older. Cash-outs go to Nigerian bank accounts, so respondents are currently based in Nigeria.
How do I report a survey?
Email [email protected] with the survey’s name. Surveys are screened before they go live, and we act on every report.
